Robots, Easter, & Poetry

This was my life over the past couple weeks. I did a couple different kid crafts. One was a robot which will be a craft over the summer at the library and the other was a spring poetry wreath which I did for library to celebrate National Poetry Month. And then, for my adult crafting, I got the book Framework by Norah Gaughan. The knit patterns in this book are amazing. The hard part is deciding which one to do first. You can see the different patterns here. If you have a favorite let me know!

April also brought Easter! I actually did a really poor job of taking pictures for this Easter. These are basically all I got. But how I love my nieces smiling faces as they dyed eggs! And all those eggs turned into really wonderful egg salad sandwiches that the family ate for days!

Well, that’s been life lately–crafting and celebrating the seasons! I can’t believe it’s going to be May tomorrow. How time flies! I’m not ready for summer yet. I’ll be clinging to this last bit of spring, savoring the perfect weather!

Hope you all have lovely May days!
